About UsAnny Hewston started Real Nappiness in 2005 when her son was 6 months old. She had used Real Nappies on her son and it was upon a suggestion of her Health Visitor that she started advising other mums on using washable nappies.
Real Nappiness has grown from strength to strength since then. Over the last few years products have been added to compliment and extend the range that is sold. Real Nappiness are proud of the personal, experienced service that they provide. All their products are tested extensively by staff and a network of testers. They firmly believe in all the products that are stocked and all are highly recommended by their own testers and other parents.
During 2005 Anny was asked by Bromsgrove Council to help with the setting up of local nappaccinos - a coffee morning where people can get advice and information about using real nappies and take a look at what is available, she has continued to run nappaccinos for the council, and also provides a nappy advisory service at local stores.
Anny is also a volunteer for her local NCT Branch and has trained to become a bra-fitter. She offers a local bra-fitting service to both members and non-members of the NCT, she also attends the breastfeeding support group to offer a bra-fitting service to both ante-natal and post-natal mums.
Anny is expecting her second baby soon and is looking forwrad to testing some of the newer products on the market.
