Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Debit Card, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via Secure server over the internt or telephonphone.

We also accept cheque, although orders will not be despatched until cheque is received.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If items are not in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible where we can advise on a delivery time or provide an alternative item should you agree. Out of stock items will not be charged for. If items are out of stock and we part ship an order you will only be charged for the items shipped. If out of stock items are placed on back order and sent to you later you will not incur a second postage charge.
Shipping And Handling Subject to availabilty all orders will be shipped next day.
Please allow 2/3 working days for delivery.
If your urgent is required more urgently please contact us.
Where items are out of stock you will be informed. If you receive an order in more than one shipment you will only be charged for the postage once.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day.
International orders will be by arrangement depending on how they are shipped.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT is already included in all prices
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you are not entirely happy with the goods you receive please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns will be accepted but the goods must be in the condition you received them.
